To take advantage of our at-home pickup and drop-off service, all you need to do is connect with us to make a service appointment and set a time for our team to pick up your vehicle. Our team members use proper personal protective equipment to ensure a safer service experience for both you and our staff.

We'll come to you to pick up your car, and we'll take it back to our service center for maintenance. Once our team has finished performing maintenance, we'll thoroughly sanitize your vehicle before returning it to you. Curbside Service

Curbside service is also available at our service center for your safety and convenience. Here's how it works:

  • Make an appointment on our website and share your email and phone number with our team so that we can contact you
  • We'll send you an email on the morning of your appointment with a check-in link
  • Then visit our dealership for your appointment and drop off your car by parking in the service area, clicking the check-in link in the email, dropping your keys in the service dropbox, and filling out a drop form
  • You'll get a welcome text from your service advisor along with any questions regarding the service being performed
  • Once we're done with service, we'll sanitize your vehicle's contact surfaces
  • Your service advisor will contact you to go over the work performed
  • We'll send an invoice to your phone so that you can pay electronically

That's all there is to it! With all that done, your car will be ready for pickup.

We have taken the necessary precautions to create a safe, healthy environment for our customers and associates, and will continue to apply the preventative measures outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Please read on to learn about the steps we are taking to ensure your safety:

  • We have identified service hours of 7:00am - 8:00am, Monday thru Saturday, to service our High Risk customers including the elderly
  • Cleaning crews are working hard to disinfect our dealerships multiple times a day
  • We have increased cleaning on touch-points including door knobs, handles, countertops, touchscreens & equipment
  • Hand sanitizer stations can be found throughout our dealership
  • We have posted guidelines for proper hand-washing techniques in each bathroom
  • All customer facing employees will wear protective masks as well as any other appropriate PPE
  • After each service, we will sanitize contact points of your vehicle
  • We will avoid unnecessary contact like handshakes by using other forms of greeting and following social distancing guidelines
  • We will enforce procedures that encourage staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is feeling unwell
  • We have limited both the number of staff and the number of customers that can be in the building at one time
